Goodman hits 1 mln sqm in Poland

Since entering the Polish market in 2005 Goodman has completed over 1 mln sqm of logistics space.

Today, the company manages seventeen logistics centres in key locations including in Wielkapolska, Upper and Lower Silesia, Kraków, Łódź and Warsaw, Pomerania—and the company is also present in new logistics locations such as eastern Poland. “Passing the significant milestone of delivering one million sqm is an important step in Goodman’s operations in the Polish market and provides a solid foundation for our further expansion,” said Maciej Madejak, the head of business development for Poland at Goodman.

Over the years the group has delivered space in Poland to such clients as Amazon (123,500 sqm) and Intermarché part of Les Mousquetaires group (82,400 sqm) and other leading firms in the Polish market including Eurocash, Mila, ILS (Inter Cars group), Gestamp, Valeo, DHL and Kuehne + Nagel, as well as rapidly growing companies such as Bonito.pl, Terramar and Langowski Shipping. The company is currently expanding its facilities in Wrocław, Gdańsk (the Pomeranian Logistics Centre) and is seeking to acquire new land plots with developed infrastructure.

Goodman is active across Continental Europe, the United Kingdom, the Asia-Pacific region, North America and Brazil with total assets under management of EUR 23.3 bln including 406 properties.
