Tomasz Kasperowicz is a Senior Partner in Colliers International Poland. Since June 2008 has held the position of the Director of Industrial and Logistics Agency.He has over 19 years of professional experience, gained while working for companies such as DTZ, Apsys and Menard Doswell & Co. Over the last 16 years he has been involved in a number of key projects for such companies like Leroy Merlin, Castorama, EKO Holding, DSV, ND Logistics, Colgate Palmolive, Intermarche, Rhenus Logistics, Rohlig Suus, DB Schenker, Euro RTV AGD, Delphi, Corning Inc. . He participated in the largest lease transactions in the industrial market with a total area of more than 2 000 000 sq m. Tomasz is a graduate of International Economic and Political Relations at Warsaw School of Economics.
Maciej Chmielewski is a Senior Partner in Colliers International Poland. Since 2007 he has held the position of the Director of Industrial and Logistics Agency. Maciej is responsible for managing the department and building its strategy of the development and promotion, he supports other team members to improve their skills. He advises and transacts deals of 'higher value' in terms of property lease and disposal. He takes care of maintaining very good relationship with key clients and property owners. He specializes in the representation of corporate clients. Maciej advised in choosing the optimal location and negotiations of lease conditions for more than 1.000 000 square meters of warehouse and production space. He was involved in many projects and cooperated with representative clients such as Danone, Michelin, Unilever, Firestone, Kofola, Johnson Controls, Mauser, Newell Rubbermaid, Pregis and Sonoco. Maciej began his career in real estate as a broker of residential and commercial properties in the local real estate agency in Poznan. He is a graduate of the Law and Administration Faculty at the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznan and is a licensed broker in Poland. After graduating Real Estate Academy in Boston (USA), Maciej has also become a licensed commercial and residential agent in Massachusetts. He also completed post-graduate studies in the Property Valuation at the Warsaw School of Management and the Property Valuation and Management at the Sheffield Hallam University in Sheffiled (UK), where he gained master’s degree.
Jan Barbasiewicz joined Colliers International in 2013. He holds the position of Partner in the Industrial and Logistics Agency. He has over 10 years of professional experience in real estate market.In 2006 he joined the Department of Property Management in Cushman & Wakefield, where he came after he had won the contest for trainee. There he began his career in real estates. Recently, he held the position of Associate Director in one of the real estate advisory company. Jan has many years of experience on the Polish warehouse and industry market, with particular on the Western Regions (Wrocław, Poznań, Szczecin). He assisted in creating strategies for acquiring warehouse and manufacturing spaces for the leading companies in the FMCG, electronics, distribution and logistics. He has also led many renegotiations and complex projects like "built-to-suit" for production companies and customers from the "e-commerce" sector. He advised in lease transactions with a total area of more than 500 000 sq m.Jan is a graduate of the Faculty of Management at the University of Warsaw. His hobbies is traveling and football.
Krzysztof Kienorow joined Colliers International in 2010 in the Industrial and Logistics Agency. He holds the position of Associate Director. Krzysztof is responsible for acquisition new business and sustaining customer relations. He worked with companies such as Dr Oetker, Solid Security, KRKA, ACP Pharma, SAD (Apple Premium Reseller). His professional experience gained while working as a Regional Sales Director in Alveus. Previously, he worked as a Product Manager at Franke, where apart from daily duties, was also responsible for the training of employees and customers. He graduated from the Warsaw Academy of Physical Education. He also studied at the Faculty of Law at the University of Cardinal Stefan Wyszynski.
Grzegorz Paluch has 11 years of experience on the Polish Real Estate Market. As Associate Director in the Industrial and Logistics Agency he is responsible for representing tenants in the process of negotiating and renegotiating lease agreements. He represented such companies like DSV, Loxx, RUCH, Kamis, Ds. Smith, Henkel in the process of searching and leasing of new warehouse space. His first experience in Real Estate gained as Financial Analyst. Grzegorz graduated from Warsaw School of Economics, where he specialized in Finance and Banking as well as Real Estate.
Paweł Nosal joined Colliers International in 2008 as Associate in the Industrial and Logistics Agency. Nowadays, as Associate Director, he represents clients in lease transactions of warehouse and industrial space. He worked with companies such as: Action, Kakadu, Logwin A &O, Rohlig Suus, Ceva Logistics, Mondi, Auchan, Hellman Worldwide Logistics, HL Display. Paweł has a few years of experience in trade, which he gained working for Mars Polska Sp. z o.o. in the sales and purchase departments . As Purchase Specialist he was responsible for coordination of the purchase and supply of raw materials within the budget, developing and implementing purchase strategy, as well as building and maintaining strong and positive relations with clients. He also worked as a Project Manager of Educational Fairs, which periodically have taken place in Warsaw. He speaks English, German and Italian

As Associate Director of Industrial and Logistics Agency, he specializes in the representation of tenants and landlord in leasing processes and sale transactions. Since 2008 he is a licensed real estate agent. Recently, he has worked with such companies like NSG Pilkington, Renault, NEUCA, Moto-Profil, Deichmann, Ruch SA, Arvato (Bertelsman). Maciej gained his previous experience while working for two years as Key Account in Individual Customer Service Department for Raiffeisen Bank and in Żagiel S.A., company operating in the banking sector. Leisure time he spends with family and his favorite activity is tennis, which he has practiced for over 5 years.
Lukasz joined Colliers International in April 2013 and currently holds the position of Associate Director in the Industrial and Logistics Agency. Lukasz specializes in Build-to-Suit projects - in both production and logistics sectors. He is involved in the process of acquisition/selling of industrial space as well as the investment areas for agencies’ Clients. Lukasz is also responsible for representing tenants in the process of negotiating and renegotiating lease/development agreements.
Recently, Łukasz worked with companies such as Eurocash, Sanden Manufacturing Poland, Ideal Automotive, Hags, Thule Group, Develey, FM Logistic, Carcoustics, Skamol.
Lukasz began working in Colliers as Trainee in the Department of Advisory and Valuation Services, where he participated in the valuation of the property by supporting the work of surveyors. His responsibilities included also preparing market analysis.
Lukasz is a graduate of the Warsaw University of Technology on the Faculty of Geodesy and Cartography and the Property Valuation.
Łukasz joined Colliers International in 2004 and took the position of Assistant in Industrial and Logistics Department. He was responsible for supporting the team in their daily tasks and the coordination of leasing processes and sales transactions.After his promotion to the Associate position he was responsible for leading the sale process of properties owned by corporate clients. Among them there were Shell (project of selling over 100 properties located throughout the country), Kredyt Bank S.A. (KBC Group, 60 properties), Philip Morris (12 properties). Łukasz also worked with Brita in the project of purchasing a new warehouse outside Warsaw. Thanks to that experience, he gained a wide knowledge of issues related to the property sale-purchase transactions.Recently Łukasz participated in lease transactions for such companies like Action S.A. (a leading distributor of IT equipment), Żabka, Built-to-Suits projects for Faurecia and DB Schenker, and sales transactions for PepsiCo, British American Tobacco and Henkel.
Katarzyna joined Colliers in October 2016 as Associate in the Industrial and Logistics Agency. Katarzyna is responsible for representing clients in lease and sale transactions of warehouse and production space.
Katarzyna has over 5years’ experience in comprehensive coordination of prestigious construction projects.

Filip joined Colliers International in April 2017, strengthening the team focused on advising Clients wishing to develop manufacturing facilities. Additionally, Filip is responsible for representing tenants in the process of negotiating and renegotiating lease agreements. During his previous post at the Polish Information and Foreign Investment Agency (PAiH) which he held for over 4 years, Filip led a tem of 6 Projec Managers delivering comprehensive solutions to Clients wishing to enter or expand their industrial facilities in Poland.
Professional achievements:
Over past years, Filip successfully implemented numerous manufacturing projects in Poland, including large automotive OEM transaction (Volkswagen in 2013, Daimler in 2016), but also smaller-scale operations from most industries (electronics, white goods, food processing, aviation, etc.)
Aleksandra joined the team in August 2008 as Assistant to the Department of Industrial and Logistics space. Now, as a Manager, Aleksandra coordinates and supports the work of the Department. She is responsible for the management team, the flow of information, as well as preparing reports and presentations. Aleksandra is also responsible for the administration of the department and supporting the work of our associates.She graduated from the Institute of German Studies, at the University of Warsaw. Aleksandra is fluent in English, German, Dutch and Spanish.
Dorota joined Colliers in December 2012. She holds the position of Associate in the Industrial and Logistics Agency. She is responsible for coordinating and supporting lease and sale transaction processes in the department as well as preparing all documentation related to the lease and sale processes, including agreements, proposals, analysis, reports. Dorota is also responsible for representing tenants in the process of obtaining warehouse and industrial space.
Dorota is a graduate of Tourism and Recreation in the Department of Economics at the University of Life Sciences.
Marta joined Colliers in February 2016. She holds the position of Senior Analyst in Industrial and Logistics Agency and is responsible for preparing financial analysis concerning commercial real estate market. Marta started her career at Colliers International Poland as Trainee in Valuation and Advisory Services Department where she was involved in calculation of the property value and market analysis.
Recently Marta supported advisors in transactions with Clients of production and logistics industry. She was involved in projects with companies like Carlsberg, L'Oreal, Arvato, Pilkington, Thule Group, Rhenus, Raben, Eurocash and others.
Martyna joined Colliers International in July 2016 as a Trainee. She currently holds the position of Associate in the Industrial and Logistics Agency. She is responsible for coordinating and supervising the processes of investment land purchase / sale transactions, creating documentation, analysing the legal and technical situation of real estate.
Martyna studied Law at the Faculty of Law, Administration and Economics at University of Wrocław.
Klaudia joined Colliers in November 2016 as a member of Administration Department. Currently she holds the position of Transaction Coordinator in the Industrial and Logistics Agency. She is responsible for supporting team in preparing all documentation related to the lease and sale processes, including proposals, presentations, inquiries and marketing materials, contacts with customers in order to acquire the necessary information about the real estate market.
Klaudia also supports the administrative work of the department.
Klaudia studied International Relationes and Italian Philology at the University of Warsaw.
