Panattoni Europe builds in Nowosolna municipality near Łódź a distribution center for OBI, DIY market.

The area of BTS building will have 50 700 sqm with 850 sqm of office space. Warehouse space with cross-dock platform will count about 50 000 sqm. The realisation of investment is a two-step procedure - currently it is developed 20 000 sqm, which could be used by tenants in novemeber.

Investment is to be finilized by december 2018.
